The First Lady of the federal republic of Nigeria Senator Oluremi Tinubu arrived Kano for an official visit.

The presidential jet conveying the first lady, and her entourage arrived at Malam Aminu Kano International Airport 10:15 am to the receptive hands of Kano state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, members of his cabinet, and thousands of NNPP loyalists

After a brief airport ceremony, the motorcade of the First Lady headed straight to pay a courtesy call on the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero.

Kano Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, FCT state minister Mariya Mahmoud Bunkure and others while receiving Mrs Tinubu.

Mrs Tinubu is expected to inaugurate a hall at Maryam Abacha University before heading to Kano state government house for lunch after which she will depart for Abuja in the evening.
