It is not often that a lawyer becomes a politician. When he does, the intimidating combination serves the public as well as deepen the democratic values in the polity.
Dayyabu jamilu is a lawyer, a consummate real estate developer, a philantrophist and a partisan political class who achieved laurels and accolades in solitude before he even came to limelight. His name is famous among the public who even never with him in person due to his acts of benovelence, public and community spirits.
Born in Kano city, he attended Sheikh Abubakar Gumi Primary School Tudun-Wada Kaduna and Barewa College Zaria from year 2000 to 2006, where he passed out with excellent results.

He then studied a Diploma in Data processing from in 2008 at Intersystem Institute of Information Technology. His enrolment into Aminu Kano College of Islamic and legal Studies has earned him a Diploma certificate in Sharia and Civil law.
In the same token, he proceeded to Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) for his Bachelors of Law degree LLB (Hons) Sharia and civil law. As usual he attended Nigeria law School, Abuja that qualified him to be a Barrister in Law.
Being educationally ambitious, he went ahead and obtained a Masters of Law degree LLM from University of Abuja.
Experience wise, his working and leadership career began ever since he was student. He served as President, Law Students Association at Aminu Kano College of Arabic and Legal Studies in 2007. At UDUS Sokoto, he contested and won the position of President LAWSAN, the first 300 level students to won that presidency.

In the same vein, he served as Secretary General of Muslim Lawyers Association of Nigeria (MULAN) in 2014, while serving his compulsory NYSC service.
After gathering enormous experiences in the course of his legal career, Jamilu has established his own law firm, NEXS-DELIGHT SOLICITORS with its registered office in Dunukofia Street area 11 Garki Abuja, as a private legal practitioner, investor, Contractor and property consultant.
To diversify, he ventured into real estate business and development. He started Pirotti project Ltd, a real estate company that is into smart homes innovations, among other things.
HIS POLITICAL CARRIER
Hon. Jamila joined partisan politics in the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in his constituency at Tudun wada Kano state. Over time he was involved in many political activities and processes in his constituency as well as contributing immensely to the fortunes and successes of the party.
Benevolence as the pillar of democratic politics is what Hon. Jamilu is known for, His act of political, personal and community spirited efforts are legendary, perhaps more than any young politician like him within Tudun wada and by extension Kano state as a whole.

In 2019, as results of his unprecedented feats in deepening the ideal of the PDP, he was drafted by his constituents to vie for membership of Kano state House of Assembly, but lost. That is why, this time around, the same supporters and PDP leadership, after having realised his overwhelming contributions that could move mountains, have given him the ticket to contest for membership of House of Representatives from Tudun-wada/Dogiwa federal constituency.
As a lawyer and politician, in addition to his political background, he has all it takes to lead the people and change narratives at Tudun wada / Doguwa Federal constituency.
