BREAKING: Half of Western Military Aid to Kyiv is Delivered Late — Ukraine Defence Minister

The Ukraine defense minister Rustem Umerov says half of the military aid to Kyiv is delivered late.

Umerov said this on Sunday at the forum to Mark the second anniversary of Kyiv’s war against Russia.

His comments come days after Ukraine continued its struggle with ammunition shortage for months, adding that the West is slow to reach it and the development has real consequences for its two-year war.

“At the moment, commitment does not constitute delivery, Fifty percent of commitments are not delivered on time,” he added.
