Distribution of Palliative to Patients: Kano Hospital Board Commends Governor Yusuf

The Executive Secretary of Kano State Hospitals Management Board (HMB) Dr Mansur Mudi Nagoda has expressed gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kano State Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf for distributing palliatives to all admitted patients in the state hospitals.

In a statement sent to GLOBAL TRACKER by Samira Suleiman, the public relations officer of the HMB said at the closing of the distribution in Dambatta General Hospital being the last facility to receive their 10kg each of rice and maize, Dr. Nagoda explained that the palliatives were meant for only the in-ward patients in each facility to kick start the month of Ramadan.

“We would like to on behalf of the hospital Management Board thank you, your Excellency, for this super support. We know this is just the beginning as you have also extended this gesture to the junior staff of the board, he said ”

He further commended the state governor for giving HMB a listening ear and always ready to support in any way he can adding that the promise he took in reviving the health care system in Kano is on course.

Dr Nagoda then prayed for Allah’s guidance and protection as they forge ahead to make Kano great again.
