Intelligence, Technology & Logistics Remain Key to Secure Nigeria, Jigawa CP Tells DSS

The Jigawa state commissioner of police Ahmed Tijjani Abdullahi aka AT Abdullahi says the three fundamental keys to securing the country and being a less or crime-free state are the use of Intelligence, Technology, and Logistics.

This was contained in a statement sent to GLOBAL TRACKER by Jigawa state police public relations DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam.

The statement said AT Abdullahi disclosed this while hosting the Jigawa state director, Department of State Services (DSS) who called on him in his office in Dutse, the state capital.

According to the commissioner, the command had taken action based on the intelligence information provided by them, and many of their accomplishments had improved the state’s overall calm atmosphere, which the people of the state enjoyed.

He assured the command’s commitment to a working relationship with the service in providing adequate security of life and properties of Jigawa residents.

Remarking, the State Director stated that the rationale behind his visit was to deepen the already cordial working relationship that exists between the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Services.

He therefore reiterated that the Police is a lead agency in internal security and performs excellently well, in some military functions outside the country. (Foreign Mission).
