The United Nations General Assembly has just voted overwhelmingly in favor of Palestine’s application to become a full member of the UN.
Israel’s UN Ambassador takes out a mini-shredder at the General Assembly podium to shared pages of a pocket-size UN Charter.
The UN adopted resolution, recommending security council to reconsider the matter of Palestine’s membership for it’s participation in the meeting.
The votes showed that 143 members voted in favor, 9 against while 25 members abstained.
