Security Operatives Rescue 8 Kidnapped Victims in Kebbi

A combined security personnel have rescued eight out of the nine people abducted from KANYA Community in Danko/Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.

This was revealed to Newmen by the Chairman, Danko/Wasagu local government area, Hussaini Aliyu Bena in a telephone interview.

The Chairman, attributed the success of the operation to the unwavering support of Governor Nasir Idris who directed the Security to clamed down the kidnappers in the forest and the immediate rescue of kidnapped victims.

The Chairman stated that, the remaining victims, District Head of Kanya, Alhaji Isah Daya, his were about still unknown, but unconfirmed sources revealed to Journalists that he was killed by the kidnappers.

The rescued victims have since been admitted at Sakaba General hospital receiving medical attention before uniting them to their families.
