Barau FC Chairman, Salisu Yusuf, Other Delegation Inspects Dambatta Stadium in Kano

Barau FC Chairman Ambassador Ibrahim Shitu Chanji, alongsite the club Technical Adviser Salisu Yusuf and other club officials inspected the Dambatta Stadium in Kano state.

In a statement signed by the club Media Officer Ahmad Hamisu Gwale, said the Stadium is under construction, with hope the venue will be completed before the NNL begins this year.

Chanji, accompanied by the club top official, inspected the stadium complex, the gym hall, players changing room, the Football Association office and other facilities.

Chanji, who showed his appreciation with the level of work that had been done so far, noted that there is still a lot to be done before the NNL begins this year.

He equally commended the Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau I. Jibrin for his gesture of building the stadium, Dambatta Local Government area.

In his remarks, Alhaji Hassan Abdullahi Garo one of the supervisor of the project, assure that the construction of the building will be completed before NNL season begin.

Garo added that, the stadium has been the Venue of many memorable events, both in sports and cultural activities.

The ongoing projects is led by Engineer Haruna Atafi, who promised to complete the renovation and construction of the stadium located in Dambatta Local Government area of Kano State.

The Dambatta Stadium will serve as the primary Venue for the Barau FC home matches in the Nigerian National League (NNL) 2024/2025 season.
