The Kano state hisbah board has declared the suspended Jigawa state commissioner for special duties Auwal Danladi Sankara wanted over his failure to attend reconciliation on allegations against him of having illicit affair with married woman.
The commander General of the Board Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Daurawa made the declaration on Monday in Kano.
He said that Sankara was granted bail on the condition that he would appear before the command whenever requested.

Daurawa said Sankara’s refusal to appear before Hisbah violated the bail conditions, and the Board would now search and arrest him for appropriate prosecution.
Meanwhile, speaking with newsmen in Kano, the complainant, Nasiru Buba said he agreed to reconciliation because he has two male children with the woman and doesn’t want to embarrass them.
But Sankara refused honor an invitation to come for the reconciliation, and they will now meet in court.

According to him, there was an insinuations that the accused person is busy looking for court order restraining Kano state hisbah board and other security agencies from investigating him.
He urged Kano state government led by engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf, the emir of Kano, Ulamas to come to his aid and save Islamic laws from disrespect.
