The Jigawa state police command has expressed condolence with the government, people and the executive governor of the Jigawa state Malam Umar Namadi over the death of his mother Hajiya Maryam Namadi Umar.
DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, command public relations officer disclosed this in a statement sent to journalist including GLOBAL TRACKER correspondent in Dutse, the state capital.
The statement said the state police commissioner AT. Abdullahi has described the death of Hajiya Maryam Namadi Umar is a great loss to the state not just for the governor or his family alone.

“With profound sadness and total submission to Almighty Allah, the Jigawa State Commissioner of Police, CP AT Abdullahi psc, on behalf of the Command’s Officers and Men, expresses his deepest condolences to the state’s number one citizen, the Executive Governor of Jigawa State, HE Malam A. Namadi FCA, His Family/Relatives, the Jigawa State Government, and the Entire People of the State, on the death of his beloved mother Haj Maryam Namadi Umar in the early hours of today, Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
In light of this, the Commissioner of Police prays to Almighty Allah to have mercy on her, grant her eternal peace, make Jannatul Firdausi her final resting place, and comfort her family and relatives during this difficult time.
