Russian Federation has confirmed that two senior officials will letter today travel to Saudi Arabia to meet their counterparts from the United States for Ukraine war ceasefire talks.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed the development to journalist in Moscow.
According to him, foreign minister Sergei Lavrov and foreign policy advisor to president Vladimir Putin, Yuri Ushakov will fly to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the talks.
The duo is expected to meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Keith Kellogg, Washington’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, to prepare for peace talks on Ukraine war.
