Honorary Degree: SWAN Kano Felicitates with its Patron Isyaku Umar Tofa

The management of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Kano state chapter has felicitated with it’s petron, the Makama of Bichi Alhaji Isyaku Umar Haruna (OON) as he has being conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D) in leadership and corporate governance by Wisdom University San Francisco, California, USA (African Campus).

This was disclosed in a statement signed by Zaharadeen Saleh, the chairman Kano state chapter of SWAN which was sent to GLOBAL TRACKER in Kano on Friday.

According to the statement his exceptional milestone highlights his dedication, expertise, and contributions across numerous areas of life.

“Your recognition as a Technocrat, Philanthropist, mentor and Royal father is not only well-deserved but also a testament to your outstanding leadership qualities and exemplary service to society. Your unwavering commitment to excellence coupled with your tireless efforts as Royal Father and Patron of the SWAN Kano State Chapter has made a significant difference in empowering sports professionals while promoting sports journalism development in Kano” said the statement.

“The honorary doctorate reflects your immense knowledge and understanding of leadership principles and corporate governance. It reinforces your stature as an influential figure in these fields. Receiving this prestigious title has earned you respect from peers while becoming a source of inspiration for aspiring leaders” said Saleh.

“Your dedication touched many lives while guiding numerous individuals towards achieving their goals. This honor is well-deserved reflection that brings positive change into society through impact” he said.
