The Supreme Court has affirmed the decision of the Court of Appeal, which had upheld the re-election of governor Bala Muhammad of Bauchi state.
Justice Ibrahim Saulawa who read the lead judgment dismissed the appeal filed by Sadique Abubakar for lacking in merit.
