A medical source at Al-Awda hospital confirmed the development to Al Jazeera.
Meanwhile, At least 51 people have been killed across Gaza by Israeli attacks since the ceasefire came into effect less than two weeks ago.

The medical sources have told Al Jazeera in Gaza that another 150 people have been wounded by Israeli army fire since the agreement.
Also, Five Palestinians have been killed and an unspecified number of people wounded in an Israeli attack on az-Zawayda in central Gaza.
According to medical sources at Al-Aqsa Hospital at least two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air attack in northern Gaza, Wafa news outlet reported.
As counting continues, the total casualties inflicted by Israel on Gaza since October 7, 2023, are now 68,159 killed and 170,203 wounded.
In another development, the islamic republic of Iran has executed man convicted of spying for Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad.
The official judiciary news agency reported Sunday that the sentence was carried out early yesterday after the Supreme Court upheld the ruling and a request for a pardon was denied.
