The executive governor of Kano State Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has today signed into law the creation of the Kano State Security Neighborhood Watch, marking a significant step in enhancing the state’s security framework.
The signing ceremony took place on Tuesday, 18th February 2025.
The announcement was made by the Governor’s social media aide, Salisu Yahaya Hotoro, through his verified Facebook account.

The establishment of the Kano State Security Neighborhood Watch is aimed at bolstering local security and fostering a safer environment for residents across the state.
