Kano Governor Bids Farewell to Sanusi Kofar Na’isa, Others After They Bowed Out of Service

The Kano State Deputy Governor Comrade Aminu Abdussalam Gwarzo paid tribute to the Chief Public Relations Officer and Store Officer of the Ministry for Higher Education Sunusi Abdullahi Kofar Na’isa and Zubairu Idris respectively who retired from service recently.

The Deputy Governor who is also the Commissioner for Higher Education shower the encomium on Monday, during a sendoff ceremony organized in honour of the retirees, where he described Sunusi Kofar Na’isa as dedicated and committed officer who did his work with passion and professionalism.

Representing the Deputy Governor, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Dr Hadi Bala Yahaya praised the retirees commitment and Service, noting that their departure has created a void.

He added that Sunusi Kofar Na’isa is a paragon of professionalism and dedication, whose exceptional communication skills and Strategic thinking have been instrumental to the promoting of Ministry’s image and reputation.

Dr Hadi also described Zubairu Idris as meticulous and organized professional, whose attention to details and commitment to excellence ensured smooth operation of the Ministry’s store and Logistics department.

As the celebration continued, heartfelt speeches poured in, praising the retirees’ remarkable qualities and achievements.

Colleagues and superiors alike shared anecdotes and memories of Kofar Na’isa’s tireless efforts to promote the organization’s image and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Director of Administration and General Services Alhaji Shehu Sani Shehu, Director of Quality Assurance Alhaji Nura Abba Dandago, and Director of Special Assignments Dr. Nazir Datti Yasayyadi, commended the retirees for their hard work and dedication.

In a thank you response, Sunusi Abdullahi Kofar naisa and Zubairu Idris expressed gratitude for the recognition and honour, thanking the ministry for the opportunity to serve.

They expressed heartfelt gratitude to the organizers of the event and their colleagues, acknowledging the support and opportunities they had received throughout their career.

They reflected on their journey, sharing valuable lessons learned and memories cherished, and offered words of encouragement to their colleagues as they continued their work.

During the presentation of token gifts to the retirees, the room echoed with applause and cheers, celebrating remarkable career and dedication. With a heart full of gratitude and a spirit of adventure, the retirees embarked on their new journey, leaving behind a legacy that would forever be remembered.
