The Kano state commissioner of information and internal affairs comrade Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya has facilitated with the leader and the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP) presidential candidate engineer Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso on his 69 years birthday.
Waiya disclosed this in a statement sent to GLOBAL TRACKER.
