Alhaji Bature Abdulaziz, a renowned businessman and community leader from Kano, has passed away.
He was widely respected for his contributions to trade, business development, and national advocacy.
Abdulaziz served as National President of the Harmonized Traders Union of Nigeria, championing the interests of traders and entrepreneurs across the country. Under his leadership, the union promoted economic empowerment, business growth, and the protection of commercial interests nationwide.

He was also National President of the Patriotic Elders Network for Peace (PENP), an organization focused on national security, peacebuilding, and political advocacy.
He consistently called for unity and warned against divisive rhetoric that could threaten national stability.
His funeral is set for tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. at his residence in ‘Yan Kaba, Kano, where family, friends, and well-wishers will gather to pay their final respect.
