Alot of school of thoughts in the social science discipline have argue that moral decadence of leader should not be question if the leadership is been served under the umbrella of justice and transparency.
Ancient Classical scholars such as Socrates, Pluto, Adams Smith and John Lock, have all in their submition agree with this ideology.
On the contrary, Modern social scientist often view it with different spectacles.
In social stratification and leadership structure, a reknowned scholar in the field, Ibn Khaldum, though classical but visionary, believe that in a given society a leader has to be not justice and transparent. He has to attained all the qualities of greatness, spiritually via piousness, decency and honour only through that exemplary characteristics a leader can be emulated, respected and be used as mirror to reflect the society and the entire upcoming generations.
Sir Ahmadu Bello, Nnamdi Azikwe and Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa as well as Obafemi Awolowo were historically said to have been religious in their personal and all activities of personal life and administrative outlook within their teritorial boundary of jurisdiction.

Ironically, all Nigeria leaders weather military or paramilitary, civilian and clearic always wanted to be identify with the passed leaders or their past glory.
Apparently, the leadership of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has an auspicious mismatch with the foundation of our founding fathers under the leadership of Commandants General of the Corps, Mr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, but one may ask why?
Why ? OK lets play, before the enrollement of the NSCDC in to the Integrated Personel Payroll Information System (IPPIS).
The organisation operate and control its personnel salary through its finance office. But Mr. Audi is alleged to have collaborated and conspired with clusters and diverted the salary of some personnel, a scandal that raise eyebrows and cause agitations by the personnel of which the matter just die prematurely without any actions by higher authorities.
All public office’s under government have their stipulated duties and remunerations fix with specific jurisdiction.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps is not an exceptional, the act that created the Corps clearly spell out all the income and duties of the Commandant General, the public is curious to find out how and where did he acquired such mass wealth that he garnered.
Even without professional auditing, even a lay man can spot an element of fraud, corruption and misappropriation.
The Commandant General, has been alleged to more than 9 duplex under his name and pockets in the FCT alone, properties worth billions of naira, not to talk of flamboyant or rather prudigal lifestyle, just within two years as Commandant General.
A day before he emerged he cannot boast of having one million naira.
Now morethern ever before, the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu who bragging of appointing qualified to different positions and government offices need to investigate and address this issue once and for all.
I have much to say, but this is enough for commander in chief of the armed forces federal republic of Nigeria to look in to one of his bleeding forces….
