Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a meeting with the commander of Moscow’s Ukraine offensive in an army headquarters in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don.
Sources at the Kremlin said this in the early hours of Saturday.
The development comes less than 24 hours after Russia accused Ukraine of strike on of the building which is less than five kilometers to Kremlin.
