OPINION; Dismissal of Gov. Yusuf’s Petition: Unveiling Injustice in Kano’s Tribunal, Appeal Court

The recent dismissal of the petition filed by executive Governor of Kano state Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf has stirred a wave of concern and frustration among the residents of Kano.

This development not only raises questions about the fairness of the tribunal and appeal court proceedings but also highlights a potential miscarriage of justice that may impact the democratic rights of the people.
