The Kano state Golf says it would Kick-off the miden Edition of “Captain Inuagural Golf Tournament” on the 3rd of February, 2024 with five different category stage.
The club’s public relations officer Malam Bashir Musa disclosed this while briefing journalist in Kano on Thursday adding that the two days tournament will start from 3rd and ends on 4th of January, 2024.
According to him, this is the first time in the history of Kano golf club to undertake the tournament after it has elected new leader which is now Ambassador Ali Magashi as the new captain of the club.

He said 250 players from across the Nigeria is expected to participate in both opening and closing ceremony.
The former governor of Bauchi state M. A. Abubakar SAN and former governor of plateau state Senator Simon Lalong are also expected to be the special guest of honour at the tournament which will saw players both men and women competing from five differences category and veterans.
The Kano Captain’s inaugural Golf tournament will taking place at the Kano Golf club.
