Maulud: NHFSS Kano Command Urges For Peaceful Coexistence… Commiserates With Maiduguri Flood Victims

As Muslims globally celebrate Eid-Maulud (the month in which prophet Mohammad was born), the Kano state command of Nigeria Hunter and Forest Security Service (NHFSS) has congratulated people in the state for another important day.

NHFSS in a statement by its state Commander Abdullahi Al-ameen described the Month of Rabiu-I-Awwal as historic one which comes with a number of blessings.

He said during the month, people should love each other, reflects good and important teachings of Prophet Mohammed (S.AW), tolerance, sacrifice and supporting of one another in the trying time.

“As Muslim, we celebrate each year with happy and upholding the teaching of our beloved prophet Mohammad S.A.W, we hope people will use this time to pray for peaceful Nigeria, we urged all personnel of NHFSS in local government levels, area commands and state command to use this time and pray for Kano to be peaceful all the times, redoubled their efforts in ensuring that all our Forest remained secured,” Al-ameen said.

The commander assured that the command under his watch will continue to ensure the security of life and properties of people and forests to be habitable for all.

Abdullahi Al-ameen then said the service is currently working with all security agencies in the state for the maintaining of law and order.

Meanwhile, the NHFSS Kano command has commiserate with the government and people of Maiduguri in Borno state over the recently devastating flood that led to the death of nearly forty (40) people and displacing thousands from their homes.

The state commandant Abdullahi Al-ameen while commiserating with Borno state, NHFSS’s Borno state command and the people especially those residing in Maiduguri, prayed for the soul of the deceased.

He appealed for philanthropist to continue supporting displaced people and ensure their safe returned back to their respective houses.
