The United States of America (US) has said that Ebrahim Rasool, the south African ambassador to Washington is no longer welcome in the country.
US secretary of state Marco Rubio disclosed this in a post on his verified social media handle X.
Rubio has accused Rasool of hating US president Donald Trump and America.

Rubio in a post on X said “South Africa’s Ambassador to the United States is no longer welcome in our great country.”
Ebrahim Rasool is “a race-baiting politician who hates America and hates @POTUS,” he said, referring to Trump by his White House X account.
GLOBAL TRACKER recalled in February the US has froze its aid to Pretoria citing a law in the country that he alleges allows land to be seized from white farmers.
But South African president Cyril Ramaphosa has denied all the allegations stating that the law only allowed all south African equals opportunity to own the land irrespective of color or religion.
