CSADI Visits Kano Children’s Remand Home, Donates 400 Pieces of Nutritious Food, Others

The Community Support and Development Initiatives (CSADI) has conducted a humanitarian visit to the Children Remand Home in Kano State as part of its ongoing efforts to support vulnerable children and promote child welfare.

During the visit, the executive director of CSADI Hajiya Zainab Ahmad Suleiman MFR, JP donated 400 pieces of the highly nutritious “Tom Brown” to support the children’s dietary needs and overall health.

She said the visit is aimed at supporting the children as Ramadan is approaching so that their mind will be prepared for the wholy month.

Mrs. Suleiman said the mats, cups to improve the comfort and living conditions within the facility.

In addition to the material donations, the children were reminded of their responsibility to be well-behaved, disciplined, and productive members of society.

CSADI representatives encouraged them to embrace positive values, education, and good conduct as essential foundations for their future.

CSADI further appealed to well-to-do individuals, philanthropists, and corporate bodies to extend support to the Children Remand Home and similar institutions to enhance the welfare and development of children in care.

In a remark, the head of the home Malam Musa expressed sincere appreciation for the visit and donations, highlighting the positive impact on the children’s wellbeing and morale.

He commended CSADI for its continued commitment to supporting vulnerable children and for reminding the children of the values of responsibility and societal contribution.

The visit underscores CSADI’s broader mission to promote child welfare through a combination of nutritional support, guidance, care, and community engagement, reinforcing the importance of collaborative efforts in improving the lives of children in Kano State.
