The International Court of Justice(ICJ) will in early next month start hearing a case filed by Nicaragua against the Federal Republic of Germany accusing Berlin of ‘Facilitating’ the commission of genocide on Gaza.
The UN Top court officials say the two-day hearing saw both parties submitting arguments as Managua accused Berlin of facilitation by supporting Israel in the war against Hamas and the development that killed tens of thousands of Palestinian women and children.
Two weeks ago Nicaragua filed a case against Germany before the International Court of Justice, saying Berlin was “facilitating the commission of genocide and… failed in its obligation to do everything possible to prevent the commission of genocide,” in Gaza.
