Seven countries that have the most booming economies globally say they will cooperate and work closely to ensure and prevent the Islamic Republic of Iran from Manufacturing, purchasing, or transferring weapons to third countries.

The G7 finance ministers and Central Bank chiefs disclosed this in a joint statement after a meeting in Washington DC.

The statement said, “We will ensure close coordination of any future measure to diminish Iran’s ability to acquire, produce, or transfer weapons to support its destabilizing regional activities.”

The G7 also condemned Iran’s response to the attack on its embassy in Damascus by Israel but failed to condemn Israel’s attack in Damascus, a system described by analysts as hypocrisy or double-standard.

GLOBAL TRACKER recalled that on the evening of April 13, Iran launched drones and missiles toward Israel in response to what it called “repeated crimes,” including an attack on the consular office of the Iranian Embassy in Damascus.

Tehran said that the attack targeted Israel’s military facilities.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed it intercepted 90% of the nearly 350 Iranian projectiles launched at Israel but no evidence will prove their claims or justify them.

The countries are Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, as well as the European Union.
