President Vladimir Putin says Russia and United States has officially agreed to restore diplomatic relations.
The president said the iniator of such contacts should be the united states becouse it was the party that severe it.
“The constant expulsion of diplomat from Moscow and Washington did not result anything good, if things go like this only cleaners will work on these buildings,” Putin said.
