Northwest University Kano has promoted the Executive Secretary of the Kano State Science and Technical Schools Board (STSB), Professor Dahiru Sale Muhammad, to the rank of Professor of Technical Education, in recognition of his contributions to teaching, research and the development of technical and vocational education.
